Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification with tracking information the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first, and then reach out to us.
